Product Presentation By Sandra Tillinghast, NVP Set up: This can be done at a table or with guests sitting on a couch and chairs in a family or living room. Make sure you have a spray bottle with water, and cotton squares for activating the Thermal Fusion Masque and the RE9 Face Wash. Create a nice display of the following products: RE9 set including the RE9 Body set, Normal/Oily set, Normal to Dry set, Bio Matte set, (Men’s and Baby Set are also a good idea. I like to bring a few vitamins and the Prolief and Phytoprolief. Bring the arromassentials - 3 reactivating sprays, Awaken Sea Salt Scrub and Unwind Bath Salts and Massage oil, a box of Bio Nutria Bars and Shakes. Having a full display will help you when it is time to book classes. You may also want to have just a few of the products from the About Face line. Make sure you have your foundations testers and an example of two types of foundations (Color Wand and Line Defiance). Have a catalogue and pen set off to the side for every one in attendance; a calculator; colorful bowl of pennies; one small hand cream and one small foot care. STEPS: 1. Before the class starts, have each of your guests wash their hands with the aromassentials Sea Salt Scrub. This can be done in the bathroom or the kitchen. You can start your class by asking how they liked the Sea Salt. This is a good lead in to the importance of ingredients and how different the Arbonne products smell and feel. 2.

Some of you are here to learn about our anti-aging products. Some of you are interested in some of the basic skin care products - I’ll talk about the different products available for your skin types and concerns throughout the presentation. At the end of our class, I will meet with each of you individually, to help you design a skin care regime that is perfect for your own needs! If you are anything like me, you’ll fall in love with all of our products and you will want everything - I know that many people are on a budget and I will show you a way to get many of our products at a substantial discount! 4.

Arbonne products are developed under strict European standards - they are pure, safe and beneficial and they do what they say they will do. This is one of the reasons that we do everything in an educational format. We want to make sure you understand what the products are designed to do, use them right and be prepared for the fabulous results we know you are going to get. The skin is a living organ. It breathes in oxygen and breathes out toxins. I am going to share about a few ingredients that are used in skin care lines that actually interfere with the function of the skin and can not only cause you to have problem skin but may also cause other health challenges. The document lists mineral oil, SD40 alcohol etc. Many of us have heard the term Animal By-Products but do you really know what it means. I didn’t until I read this information from the book “The Mad Cowboy”.(Read Mad Cowboy Article - this is also listed under 10-step presentation)You know I have heard it said that women ingest 2 pounds of lipstick a year. I don’t know if that is true or not. To me any amount is too much if it is formulated with animal by-products. So - What do we use in our skin care? In our catalog you will see an ingredient glossary on page 22 of your catalog. (Read out loud a few of these ingredients) In addition to these ingredients we also use antioxidant vitamins A C and E to fight the free radical exposure that causes premature aging. In our Aromatherapy Products (you have all tried the sea salt scrub - right?) The essential oils are from France - why is that important? The plants are grown and oils processed with fewer pesticides there. The sea salts are from Normandy - notice, the amber packaging, this is the way that Arbonne protects these true aromatherapy products! 5. 6. Go over the ingredients in the Catalog that make up the three key formulas in RE9…Turn to page 9 in your catalog. This is where we started. Go over Alpha Hydroxy and Bio-Hydria ingredients quickly. Turn to page 10; this is where we are today. Go over the 9 RE9 ingredients with them. Arbonne has only proprietary formulas. We own them. Many companies use the same formulas and just put their label on them. 7. DEMONSTRATE PRODUCTS ON THE HAND. As you pass each product around for them to try on their hands, talk about how to use it and what the key ingredients are and how the product and ingredients will benefit their skin. Remember to sell the benefits. (There is a matrix on the home page of my website that tells what ingredients are in each of the products). I like to do the Lift and Eye Cream on the around the eye area after the other products so they can see the immediate results that they get. It doesn’t hurt for them to put this over their makeup. The guests can really see the difference when they put the lift on one eye followed by the eye cream. At home, explain that they would put this on before the day and night moisturizer. Usage:
