1. HAVE FUN! Greet the guests as they arrive. Invite them to experience the Awaken Sea Salt Scrub at the kitchen sink. I try to have them apply it to only one arm and to wash hands with the Awaken Bath & Shower Gel. When you get to the page with the body care, ask how their hands feel - be prepared for oohs and aahs!
Ask them if they’ve booked a party for the host to get a gift. . .

2. Make the catalog valuable. I say it is my gift to them to keep. I bring my own pens and encourage them to write their name on it and to mark it up; to circle the products they’re interested in. I also invite them to share it with their friends, mother, sister, etc. If they think of someone while I’m showing a system, I tell them to write their friends’ name next to those products so they won’t forget. Open to the order form and write my name and ID# in the Consultant box. They can use this form for future re-orders. Please just remember that I am your consultant and am looking forward to servicing you for a long time. !!

3. I put the Personal Profile Sheet right inside their catalog. I ask them to fill it out, write in the host’s name, and make notes on the back. They can list the products they want and any questions. This keeps the focus on THEM and what THEY NEED.

4. Encourage the hostess to state why she invited them to learn about Arbonne!! Give her the Hostess Gift. Mention our generous hosting program - 80% discount if they take the time to have 5-6 friends over. Offer a sincere, warm welcome for attending your class. Ask about them: their name, where they live, what they do, why they came. Ask for testimonials - who is already enjoying Arbonne?

5. Let guests know why you’re here. 1) Introduce the company “Arbonne is a Network Marketing Company that brings products of unparalleled quality and service directly to you at incredible savings. They’re on the cutting edge of anti-aging and personal care technology”. 2) Share an incredible business opportunity where you can set your own schedule, have more time and make money while having fun. Watch what I do tonight and let me know if you’d like more information about starting your own business. 3)Provide information that you will want to know and share. Arbonne made such a difference in my life, my goal is that you will learn something of value too.

6. My name is _____ and I’m here because _______! Tell your “I” story. Love what you do! Arbonne means “good things from the earth”. It is a company dedicated to providing cutting edge anti-aging products that contribute to your Health & Wellness.

7. Most of my product information comes right in the beginning on pages 2-3. I point out what makes Arbonne unique; AIRD and The Arbonne Difference (read box). How we own all our own formulas and the Swiss precision that goes into each one. Arbonne has been totally committed for over 20 years to the health of our skin and body, wellness inside & out. Build their belief in Arbonne and in you.

8. It’s hard to keep life changing information to yourself, don’t you agree? Lets talk about the 4 areas where you can make a difference in your health. By striving for balance in your Environment / Lifestyle, managing Stress, making good choices in your Diet and being very careful about the Medicines you use, you can make a big impact on your overall Health & Wellness. This is the secret to defeating the effects of aging. If you’ll turn to page 4-5, you’ll see Systems that are designed to give extraordinary results while providing safe ingredients for your personal lifestyle.

Lifestyle / Environment
Its not just about avoiding bad ingredients, but choosing those that nourish, feed and heal your skin. Besides being toxic, mineral oil, which is filtered crude oil, is the most occlusive oil (think Vaseline). It is listed as the second biggest cause of premature aging to the skin, yet nine out of 10 companies use this ingredient because it is so inexpensive and can be mixed with anything. Unfortunately, good ingredients like Vitamin E and Aloe cannot penetrate this oil. Show the cracker demo. 9. Throughout the class, I am always asking questions: “How many of you are concerned with anti-aging?”; “Does anyone here have extremely oily skin?”; “How many of you would like to lose a few pounds?”; “Are you currently taking supplements?”, etc. See where their interest lies. If you get positive feedback - offer the information (benefits). If there is not much interest, move on. Pay attention to your audience.

22. Your presentation should last no longer than 45 minutes!!!

THE PERSONAL PROFILE SHEET
Remind everyone to fill it out so you don’t have to wait. After reviewing their sheet, I write their name and today’s date at the top of a Retail Price List. I tell them, “I’ll recommend all the best products that I know will make a difference; you can decide what you want to go home with or what you can live without (for now!).” Mark the form as you point out the products - ALWAYS entire system(s), including vitamin systems for them and their family, Prolief, hair care, Sea Salt Scrub, Color Set. All the products YOU use on a daily basis.
Don’t forget to ask if there’s anything else they’d like to add to the order.
I do not write in prices at this point but add up the order and write down the total. THEN BE QUIET - ZIP YOUR LIP - DO NOT SAY A WORD!

THEY ORDER - If they want all the products I have recommended, it will total over $700 and they will qualify for a RSVP. Invite them to host a presentation and Sign them up for $29 and save them 50%. If they want to start with the basics, then I total their order and explain the bonus products (in a basket) and PWP. Have the autoship form handy so they can fill it out now to save 20% on their very next order. I point to the bottom of the Profile Sheet and mention the other services I have listed.
As I’m completing their order, I ask if they want to get 5 or 6 friends together for a class. It is soooo easy and non-threatening. I still encourage them to order even if they schedule a class, so that the hostess will earn her rewards. Plus, they’ll want to get started on their products right away so they can experience results, get excited, and tell their friends. If they say they’ll think about hosting later, I try to determine when, write it down on the form, and promise to follow-up with them 2-3 weeks prior to that date.
THEY NEED TO ADJUST - I will deduct 1 product at a time until it is comfortable for her. Remind them that they can earn a big discount just by inviting 5 or 6 friends over for a class.

THEY ASK ABOUT HOSTING - Tell them how easy it is. All they have to do is get 8 to 10 friends together and they can earn lots of the products they want at a big discount (remember WIIFM: What’s In It For THEM). Show the Host Brochure. A $500 class will get her $200 for $40!! Have your calendar handy, and host packets ready to go. Give a scheduling gift.

THEY ASK ABOUT BECOMING A WHOLESALE CONSULTANT - Tell them how easy it is. Ask if they’re interested in purchasing a lot of products for their whole family? If they want it all (family plan skin care, hair, aromessentials, vitamins, cosmetics), the account costs $29 and they can purchase a Right Start Value Pack to save 50% on the spot. Would they like to start with a RSVP? If not, I prefer that they start using the products and fall in love with them first. Then I will help them open an account with Arbonne and get their own ID#. By scheduling presentations, I can help them get everything!

THEY ASK ABOUT THE BUSINESS - Tell them how easy it is and ask questions!! What appeals to them most? What is their background? How much time would they have for Arbonne? How much would they like to earn? I always offer the “Company of Choice” audiotape with Robert Kiyosaki. I ask them to listen to the tape, check out www.Arbonne.com and I try to set up a time to talk the next day. Ask them to start thinking about getting their business started; who would be hosting their first 6 presentations for them. I am excited to work with them.
