| Dana Collins, ENVP 1. Determine your "why". What do you want Arbonne to do for you? This is most important for keeping your goals and vision in your minds eye. 2. Determine your financial goal. Do you intend
to make Arbonne a primary income stream or a second income stream?
a. Immediate financial goal __________________________________3. Regardless of where your intention falls with Arbonne, these actions will be necessary in reaching any of your goals. a. Make a list of 100 names (don't worry, writing them down doesn't mean that you will call them) b. Listen to the product knowledge tape as many
times as it takes to be comfortable with the
c. Read your Business Manual, listen to and watch the tapes in your kit, read the catalog, review all the contents of your Starter Kit. d. Order business cards e. Be a product of the product. Place your first order. You may wish to use the 1st RSVP to get all that you will need (skin care, hair care, cosmetics, nutritional supplements). RSVP #2 will help start your inventory. With a $100+ or RSVP order, you are entitled to one free product of choice. f. Visit www.successline.com and follow the link to SuccessLine support. Look at the available audio and videotapes and select some that interest you. Order them and listen over and over. g. Have a "Business Bag" with you at all times. You may want to use Arbonne's new "Artist Tote" which has tons of pockets and is very professional. Here are some of the possible contents: Catalogs, samples, "Discover Arbonne" audios and brochures, Hand Cream for people to try, Business cards. h. Have an "Arbonne Control Book". Here are some possible categories: This helps keep you organized.
Remember, you are in the sorting business, not the convincing business! 5. From your list of 100 names, you will schedule 6 group presentations. A group is 4-5 people. You may wish to work with your sponsor to identify those you will call. Your sponsor may be able to do your first few classes for/with you as you learn. SuccessLine Support has videotape available on group presentations by Donna Johnson. You can even have your class follow along with the tape. 6. Talk to your sponsor to "roll play" how to ask for a class. 7. Other "reaching out methods" includes craft fairs,
calling on business that are appointment only (salons, tanning salons,
nail salons, doctors, etc.); sample packs, trade shows, sponsoring meetings,
bump into's, one-on-ones, handing out tapes, ads. Discuss with
your sponsor those which interest/work best for you.
8. Identify 3 people with whom you would like to work the business with: a. Name ___________________________9. What will six classes look like for you? If each class averages $500 in sales, you can put yourself into qualification for a promotion because your sales are about $3,000 your first month. You made $1050 in "right now" commissions ! If you meet 4 new people x 6 classes, this is 24 new people you've met! If you book at least 1 more presentation each class, that's 6 more classes on your calendar for the next month! You are tilling your pipeline with new clients, consultants and business builders. If you sponsor 2 people each month who earn their RSVP pack, that's another $118.20 you made in bonuses and overrides. That's $1168.20 total your first month in business! 10. What level of income interests you? a. Earn enough to get your products "free"? You need 20-25 good clients.11. How many people do you need to contact to put this into place, and how quickly can you do this? 12. What is a wholesale client? You may sponsor someone to open an Arbonne account so they can get their products at cost and even take advantage of Autoship. Who should you have do this? I suggest someone who is ALREADY using the Arbonne products. I also suggest you ask them to hold a group presentation first which will help them earn their Right Start Value Pack. You may ask them if they want to service those people or if they want you to service them. 13. Remember to let the Arbonne tools "do the business
for you." It's duplicable. Pretend you invested $50,000 in your business.
What do you want your plan of action to look like? What do you intend to
do tomorrow?
