 Physician Contact Plan For Arbonne
1. Send a note to the patient’s physician as soon as possible after seeing/assessing/recommending Arbonne Skin Care program to his/her patient.  Include a note such as:  “Thank you very much for allowing me to participate in the care of your patient ________________________.  (add appropriate information)
 

2. Brief follow-up letter—state the results regarding the patient and the patient’s satisfaction regarding Arbonne.
 

3. Send a third letter.  State for example, “Your patient is very pleased with the results she was able to achieve with Arbonne.  She feels it is an enhancement to the results you were able to give him/her.  If I may be of any further service,  please do not hesitate to call.”


Additional suggestions:

CONTACTING PHYSICIANS REGARDING ARBONNE IS A PROCESS THAT WILL REQUIRED TIME.  
(Dr. Mark waited 2 years before becoming involved.)

PLAN ON SENDING AT LEAST 3 NOTES/LETTERS TO THE PHYSICIAN IN AN APPROPRIATE TIME FRAME.  (See suggestions above)

IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED SHARING DR. MARKS’ LETTER ON YOUR FIRST CONTACT WITH THE PHYSICIAN.  (IT MAY BE JUDGED ADVERTISING.)  IT IS BEST TO BUILD RAPPORT WITH THE PHYSICIAN FIRST.

IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED THAT YOU INDICATE PHYSICIANS DO NOT KNOW ABOUT SKIN CARE.  RATHER YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THEY MAY FIND INTERESTING.

YOU COULD SHARE THAT ARBONNE INTERNATIONAL IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO EARN RESIDUAL INCOME—INCOME THAT CAN BE EARNED WHEN THEY ARE NOT IN THEIR OFFICE.
