HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER To Place an order with Arbonne, follow the steps below. If you need assistance with your first order, please contact your sponsor or manager. After placing a few orders, you will become more comfortable with the process! Convenient Ways to Order Products: 1. Call the toll free 1-800-Arbonne number and speak to a field support representative 2. Order online at www.arbonne.com. Please call Arbonne and ask for your ID # (if you don't have it) and pin/password #. You can email Arbonne at customerservice@arbonne.com and ask for those two item #’s. Arbonne will email back. If you email, you need the last 4-digits of your social security for Arbonne to give that information. Calling the toll free is quicker. 3. Fax your order to 949-837-8415. (you may fax a personal check made payable to Arbonne International) 4. Mail your order to: Arbonne Int’l, 4 Cromwell, Irvine, CA 92618 5. Sign up for the "auto-ship" program to receive your products on a regular basis. This works especially well for Bio-Nutria products and Natural Balancing Cream. 6. If you choose to have a www.myarbonne.com website, your customers may order & sign up there. Forms to be used when placing an order: • Retail Price List and Order Form (fax-on-demand document #203) • Consultant Product Order form (this is your summary sheet) (fax-on-demand document #202) • Business Aids Price List (fax-on-demand document #205) • Autoship Program Agreement (fax-on-demand document #208) You receive at least one each of these in your Quick Start kit and multiple forms in your Super Start Kit. Please make photocopies of these forms so you will always have them on hand. Arbonne Hours: 1-800-ARBONNE phone hours are from 6 a.m. -- 6 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday-Saturday. Fax lines are open 24 hrs a day. The final closing day of the month is the last working or business day for Arbonne International. Sundays and Holidays are not business days. All faxed or internet orders and new consultant applications must be received by noon -- Pacific Standard Time on the last day of the month. All internet orders and internet consultant applications must be finalized by 12 noon on the close day. We have a Mid-month close day for our Mid-month Campaign which is on the 15th of each month. When the 15th lands on Monday-Friday, the faxes for orders or new consultant applications need to be in by 6:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Internet orders need to be completed by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. ** When you overnight an order or application to Arbonne International for the last day of the month, it must arrive during the week -- Monday-Friday. If the close day is on a Saturday, Arbonne is not able to receive that delivery. They would then receive that order on Monday and it would miss the “close day”. How to place an order: When placing an order, some of the forms below may not apply. For example: If you are not placing a first order, you will not be including a New Consultant Application. If you are not signing up for autoship you will not be sending an autoship form. • Complete the New Consultant Application with the new consultant. If the application is accompanying an order, you will list the order or RSVP order on a Retail Price List & Order Form and then do your total summary on the Consultant Product Order Form calculating the shipping and sales tax only once. Please make sure the sales tax rate for the new consultant is listed. • Complete the Business Aids Order Form - if needed - adding the total to the Consultant Product Order Form. • Complete the Autoship Agreement Form (if they are signing up for an autoship). Autoships need to be faxed to Arbonne 14 days before the “shipping date” they’ve chosen. (The same rule applies if the autoship needs any changes or needs to be canceled). • Fax all of these forms together to Arbonne. Consultant Product Order Form Instructions: • Fill out your consultant information in the left hand box of the Retail Price List & Order Form. • Fill out the shipping information in the box on the right if the order is to be shipped to someone other than the consultant's shipping address. • Fill out the products to be ordered. • All RSVP’s (Right Start Value Packs) and large orders should be filled out on the Retail Price List & Order Form. • When using the Retail Price List Order Form, total your retail products listed and place the total on Line 1 on the Consultant Product Order Form. • If you have just a few retail products you need to order, you can use the Consultant Product Order Form instead and list your products in the section called “Arbonne Product Discription”. Please be sure to print product item number and name of product accurately and put the total on Line 1. • Take your discount on line 2. • Enter the subtotal on line 3. • List all bonus products, host gifts, purchase with purchase products (pwp) and host specials • When ordering the RSVP, place the amount of $350 for RSVP 1 and/or $350 for RSVP 2. • Follow steps 4 through 11 according to the summary at the bottom of the Consultant Product Order Form. written by: Thea O'Donoghue |
