POWER PRINCIPLES
HOW TO BUILD A TEAM OF WINNERS

1. Clearly Define Responsibilities
You will empower business builders by giving them a clear understanding of their responsibilities.  Give them a good job description so they do not "re-invent the wheel" Have them follow the system for success.

2. Training and Development
A responsible leader will train, listen, coach, and cheer on their consultant team.

The first two weeks are vital to the success of a new consultant.  Instruct them why they will make a list of at least 100 names to contact and help them overcome the fear of the phone.

Make sure they have their scripts to set up appointments, their thirty-second commercials and a foundation for why they have started their business.  Remember what it is like to be brand new. Have them call you when they have their appointments set up and get them into action before a sit down "getting started training".

3. Goal Setting
Help your new consultant their WHY? They should have 21 Reasons Why they want to succeed in Arbonne but one overwhelming reason.  Assist them to create business goals and help them create 90/60/30 day action plans and break it down further into detailed weekly and daily action plans. Remember, they may never have done anything like this before and they need this kind of detail.

4. Delegate Authority
Use your meeting to develop and prepare your consultants for management.  Delegate responsibilities and have them take part in your trainings and meetings as soon as possible. Counsel and plan with your top consultants.  Encourage them to begin to make important decisions.
