WHO TO CONTACT FOR WHAT
As an independent consultant, you are part of a team of individuals who are
independently building their businesses. There are lots of people who are
willing to support your efforts in building your business. Below you will
find an explanation of who is who and who to contact.
• You have a
sponsor. This is the person who signed the application when you registered.
Sometimes a person's sponsor is really active in Arbonne and sometimes
they are not.
• You and your sponsor
have a manager. Sometimes the sponsor is your manager. Both of you are part
of a team that is led by the District Manager.
• Up-line from the District
Manager is the Area Manager, Regional Vice President and National Vice President.
• These titles are not
related to geographical territories.
• Your District Manager,
Area Manager and Vice President are the people that you may go to for help.
• Most of your questions
can be answered by your sponsor and District Manager. However, if you feel
that you need additional insight or clarity on any issue, please feel free
to contact your Area Manager, Regional VP or National VP. If you do not know
who your manager or VP is, please call 1-800-Arbonne, give them your ID number
and they will give you that information. Contact your up-line leaders and
let them know how they can assist you.
Questions about HOW to
do the business:
• Please direct
all of your questions related to training or "how-to" do the business to
your sponsor or up-line leaders! Do not contact the company with these types
of questions. Email or call your up-line leader.
• Field support representatives
are not trained to answer questions related to "how-to" do the business.
Field support representatives do not do your job and sometimes their answers
could lead to confusion or misinformation.
Questions regarding your
orders:
• To place an
order contact Arbonne International directly.
• Please write down the
name of the person assisting you.
• Arbonne is interested
in helping their independent consultants in the most satisfactory manner.
If for any reason you do not receive satisfaction, please contact your DM,
AM, or VP to let them know about the situation.
• When placing an order,
if you do not understand all of the specials or terms being used tell the
field support rep that you will call back. Call your up-line for clarification.
Updates and Current Information:
• Email to customerservice@arbonne.com
and asked to be placed on the ICE List (Independent Consultant Email List).
They will keep you apprised of important information and the latest updates.
• Email your up-line leaders,
DM, AM, RVP, NVP and asked
to be placed on their personal email distribution list for additional updates,
motivation and training ideas.
• Go to the Arbonne International
site at www.arbonne.com. Once there,
click on Internet Consultant and then click on Field Support. You will find
all kinds of forms and information pertinent to your business.
• Bookmark www.natural-success.com and visit
often for updates, recognition, and resources to build your business.
